       Η Φρέσκια Μπύρα Χίου – House Ale ανήκει στις αφροζυμωτές (ALES) μπύρες , παράγεται στον Κάμπο της Χίου από εκλεκτές ποικιλίες βύνης και ολόκληρο λυκίσκο.

Εμφιαλώνεται πάντα χωρίς παστερίωση και φιλτράρισμα διατηρώντας αναλλοίωτη τη γεύση και τα υπόλοιπα οργανοληπτικά χαρακτηριστικά της.Έχει ξανθοκίτρινο χρώμα με πορτοκαλί ανταύγειες και λευκό αφρό. Κυριαρχούν τα αρώματα λυκίσκου και εσπεριδοειδών, το σώμα είναι πλούσιο με φρουτώδη γεύση και διακριτική πικράδα. Η περιεκτικότητα σε αλκοόλ είναι 4.9% vol.

Παράγεται από τρεις διαφορετικές, εκλεκτές ποικιλίες βύνης και ολόκληρο λυκίσκο (Magnum, Bobek & Amarillo).

Ζυμώνεται αργά, παραδοσιακά σε περιορισμένης ποσότητας παρτίδες, χωρίς συντηρητικά ή άλλα πρόσθετα και με ωρίμανση που ξεπερνάει τις 4 με 6 εβδομάδες. Έχει μικρό χρόνο ζωής και διατηρείται μόνο στο ψυγείο, η ενδεδειγμένη θερμοκρασία σερβιρίσματος είναι 8-12°C.

H σύντομη ιστορία της Μικροζυθοποιίας Χίου:

O Μάνος Ναζλίδης, πειραιώτης στην καταγωγή, βρέθηκε στη Χίο το 2009 και ξεκίνησε την επιχειρηματική δραστηριότητα της μικροζυθοποιίας μας το καλοκαίρι του 2010 με τον διακριτικό τίτλο “ΖΥΘΟΠΟΙΙΑ ΧΙΟΥ”.

Το 2011 διαμορφώθηκε ο χώρος στην περιοχή του Κάμπου της Χίου (Αγίου Μηνά 78) όπου στεγάζεται η επιχείρηση μέχρι και σήμερα.

Το 2012 ξεκίνησε την παραγωγή και την εμφιάλωση της Φρέσκιας Μπύρας Χίου, που αποτελεί μια καινοτόμα πρόταση στην αγορά. Η εμφιάλωση της γίνεται πάντα αφιλτράριστη και απαστερίωτη για να διατηρεί όλη τη γεύση και τα χαρακτηριστικά μιας πραγματικής μπύρας. Το καλοκαίρι του 2012, η μπύρα βρέθηκε στα περισσότερα σημεία εστίασης αλλά και καφέ μπαρ του νησιού, με μεγάλη αποδοχή από την τοπική κοινωνία. Τον Σεπτέμβριο του 2012 ξεκίνησε την “εξαγωγή” της μπύρας και εκτός Χίου, σε επιλεγμένα σημεία στις μεγαλύτερες πόλεις της Ελλάδας (Αθήνα, Θεσσαλονίκη, Λάρισα, Βόλο, Πάτρα, Καλαμάτα κτλ.)

Μέσα στα άμεσα σχέδια της επιχείρησης είναι και η οι εξαγωγές εκτός Ελλάδος και πιο συγκεκριμένα στην γειτονική τουρκία. Ήδη έχουν γίνει οι πρώτες επαφές με τούρκους επιχειρηματίες και υπάρχει πολύ μεγάλο ενδιαφέρον.

Η αύξηση της παραγωγικής ικανότητας αποτελεί κλειδί, καθώς μέχρι σήμερα αποτελεί τον μοναδικό ανασταλτικό παράγοντα στις πωλήσεις της επιχείρησης. 

Αρχές του 2013 έγιναν επενδύσεις για την αύξηση της παραγωγικής ικανότητας καθώς και νέες προσλήψεις προσωπικού.
